In 2023, Brand Besties was the casting and staffing partner for Azuki—an award-winning and globally recognized digital art series—at NFT Week. Over the course of a few months, we were tasked with literally recreating the brand’s characters, community and lived experience.
With an expansive team, we cast and hired more than 300 actors of Asian descent and transformed them into Azuki characters, bringing the NFT to life. Together, our Brand Besties turned Azuki at NFT Week into a world-building, world-class immersive experience—in real life.
